A lot of the special abilities in the game have the same problem: they work for only a limited time. This mod fixes that issue. It works now and the duration of the special abilities is no longer broken. The reason why this mod is needed is because the special abilities suffer two glitches every time a saved game is loaded. Even when the special ability bar is in full, the duration for it is much shorter than it should've been (example: the skill only lasts for 20 seconds instead of 45 seconds even when the skill level bar is at 100%).
